These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ClientaHub, a software service operated by Beth Media, Germany.
ClientaHub is intended for business users (B2B). By using the service, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity.
Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
ClientaHub may offer free trials and paid subscriptions. Billing is handled via Stripe on behalf of Beth Media.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access remains until the end of the billing period.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, in accordance with German law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
